There is nothing blasphemous about the cartoon that appeared in one of India's daily, rather it captures a satire on India's policy making
when they dub Harry Potter in regional languages, i bet they change his name all the time... for example, in the Punjabi dubbed version, all the staff at school would probably call him "Harvinder Puttar"... :)
