Numbers
I just realized that it's been a year since I started blogging- Oct 13th 2005.
I know many people frown at numerology, palmistry, things that have no basis in the scientific world per se.
But this is my personal observation about recurring number 4s, 2s and 8s in my life. My bdate is 31, I lived on the 13th floor in my old apt and now my apt # is 301. In India we live on the 4th floor and our apt no is 8. Many of my friends and people I get along with are 2s, 4s, 8s and 1s. I do not follow numerology for my life decisions. But I cannot deny the presence of these nos. so frequently on a day to day basis. I frikkin even started my blog on the 13th.
I am not superstitious but I do believe in things that not necessarily can be explained by logic or math or science. After all even in life, arent there so many little things that one cant make sense of?

Holy smokes... a new post even before i requested one... hehehe... speaking of numbers, i'm a 2 and 8... can't ignore how they repeat in patterns...
I can't think of anything that I hate more than numbers.
[No wait, I got one more thing but it has nothing to do with this post, so :p]
With ya on this one, totally! I can't escape from 8s & 4s either. Birth date, wedding date, first decent job start date...the 8th (or numbers totalling 8). Lived in #8 until recently, reg'n nos. of my first car & bike...8 & 4 respectively. Too many things to list.
don't these little things actually make life more liveable by adding to its mysetery and therefore the charm?
vaise , ya u know my bdate is 4/4 too! ahem....
I've always loved playing with numbers - like phone numbers, birthdays etc. . . MY fav number though is 7 - the 7 days of the week - the 7 oceans - the 7 colours of the rainbow - the 7 tones in music - like do-re-me
Well, what do you know! My comment was the 7th one!!!

wow sounds interesting, n wat a co-incidence! even i have observed the recurring 4s and 2s thing, 8 being relatively low.

uffffff, i'm dropping by again!!! coz i discovered sumtin! ur postal zip too adds to 4!!!
hello? r u on a blog hibernation? or are u blogging away somewhere else in cyberspace with a title - dare i say - 'For some special reason'
There are only 1 to 9 numbers(unless ofcourse u count 0 as a number, which aint goin to fit in any addition or subtraction). So in 31 years there is a good chance that some numbers will be repeated more than others.
