A match made in heaven

My sis just got married and have to tell, my b-i-l’s a great catch :) . Two Capricornians that they are, they seem to function at the same frequency. 2 intelligent, practical, kind, thoughtful people….or it could just be that I am biased :D .
All the best wishes to both you lovely people for a life filled with contentment........ forever.

Now that's a coincidence! My bro got married recently and my Sis-in-law's a great catch too ;)Yeah, they are a great match - that's the way married people ought to be - loving, respectful and proud of each other.

Well .. Thanks for all the good wishes!
It was an awesome time.
We are very grateful that everyone who came had a nice time and blessed us! It was as nice catch the match and match the catch game :o) we had that day.

The wedding went off so well .. It was better than expected and definitely you could see the the Grace of the Master and the blessings of the Divine in heavy-duty action!

And the Sathyanaraya Pooja we had was even more amazing !!!! You could not make out who were the hosts and who were the guests with everyone serving everyone else. We are very fortunate that we had that experience.

Well .. fasten your seat-belts .. we are entering a story-zone !!! :o)

After the wedding celebrations of the bears were over and the little minds were quiet and peaceful the Lord made his presence felt. While having a conversation with the Lord the bears said, "Lord, We would like to know what Heaven and Hell are like". The Lord led the bears to two doors. He opened one of the doors and the bears looked in.

In the middle of the room was a large round table. In the middle of the table was a large pot of stew which smelled delicious and made the bears'
mouth water. The people sitting around the table were thin and sickly.

They appeared to be famished. They were holding spoons with very long handles and each found it possible to reach into the pot of stew and take a
spoonful, but because the handle was longer than their arms, they could not get the spoons back into their mouths. The bears shuddered at the sight of their misery and suffering. The Lord said, "You have seen Hell."

They went to the next room and opened the door. It was exactly the same as the first one. There was the large round table with the large pot of stew
which made the bears' mouth water. The people were equipped with the same long-handled spoons, but here the people were well nourished and plump,
laughing and talking.

The bears exclaimed, "Dear Lord !! We don't understand !!!!"

"It is simple" said the Lord with a smile , "it requires just one skill. You see, they have learned to feed each other. While the greedy think only of themselves".

Then the Lord blessed the two little bears and told them to learn this lesson and spread this message on the blogs -
"Its people's attitude that makes this earth, a hell or heaven to them!".

Speaking of selfishness, here is something from the Old Testament (A book which is common to Jews, Muslims and Christians alike)

Just before the Great Flood, God asked Noah and his brother Jevoah to build two arks. Into these two arks they took their families and all species of animals and plants. When the Great Flood came only Noah's Ark and Jevoah's Ark survived. On the 30th day of the flood, God went to visit the two brothers.

When God entered Jeovah's Ark he saw Jevoah's family had survived by eating the plants they had taken on board. Jevoah's family looked unhappy, thin and gaunt because of their bad diet. God went down to the hold of the Ark and saw that the animals too were unhappy, thin and gaunt because Jevoah's family had eaten up all their food. The animals were on the verge of dying of starvation. God was furious at Jevoah's selfishness.

Then God went to visit Noah's Ark. He saw that Noah's family had survived by eating some of the animals. They looked happy and well fed. The remaining animals on the Ark were happy too because they had plenty of plants to feed off from. God let out a sigh of relief, looked at Noah and said
"I am happy that you have respected my wishes and the food chain I have created. Finally, there is something worth saving in this world"

God went back to Jevoah and said
"You have been extremely selfish and have caused great pain and suffering to your family and the animals that I entrusted in your care.
And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger,
You who have attempted to poison and destroy my brothers and sisters.
And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay down my vengeance upon you
"

And that is why today we only hear about Noah's Ark and his unselfish act.

Here are some excerpts from Dan Brown's book "Angels and Vegetarians"...

The 14th century. The bubonic plague had struck Europe. People were dying by the thousands. Entire cities were being wiped off the map. Nobody had any idea of how the plague was spreading. Newly elected** Pope Kalpesh Bhai Patel decreed that people stop eating meat as it just might be the cause of the plague. Since this was in direct violation of what was written in the Old Testament, the Pope decreed that all existing copies of the Old Testament be destroyed. He decreed that the Old Testament be re-written without any mention of Jevoah's Ark.

Pope Kalpesh Bhai Patel was impeached 5 months later when the Knights Templar found that his papal decree was influenced by his heavy investments in the vegetable industry "sprouting" in and around Brussels. Because of the shame he had brought upon the Church, all records of his rule were erased.

Thats why today we never read about Jevoah's Ark or Pope Kamlesh Bhai Patel.

** - It was rumoured that Cardinal Kalpesh Bhai Patel got elected after he played the race card. The other cardinals caved in when he said "Its because I'm brown, isnt it ??".
